Fuji NXT feeders are a family of intelligent feeders used on Fuji’s NXT and Aimex series of pick-and-place machines. Dobeter supply a full range of Fuji NXT feeder parts , these  specific parts vary depending on the feeder type (e.g., W08, W12, W24, W32, W44, W56, W72, W88) and the machine model (e.g., NXT I, NXT II, NXT III). • Belts and gears: The internal mechanism of the feeder is driven by a series of gears and timing belts, which can wear out and affect accuracy over time.
  • Part examples: 2ADLFB006104 GEAR 12F 16F 24F, H45095 timing belt (12mm), PH01671 8mm belt (NXT-2).
• Tape guides: These ensure the component tape is properly guided through the feeder. Worn or damaged guides can cause feeding issues.
• Sprockets: The toothed wheel that advances the component tape one pitch at a time. The sprocket must be in good condition to maintain accurate feeding.
• Cover tape unit: Manages the peeling and collection of the cover tape. Problems with this unit can lead to component dropouts.
• Springs: Various springs are used for tensioning, clamping, and lever action within the feeder mechanism and can lose their elasticity.
• Bearings: Small bearings are used in the feeder mechanism to reduce friction. Worn bearings can cause feeding inconsistencies.
