Regular maintenance requires the replacement of these mechanical components:

• Feeder shafts and springs: These are part of the mechanism that pushes components into position for pickup.
• Tape guides and supports: Ensure the component tape is properly guided through the feeder. Part numbers may include 212A2190.
• Sprockets: These wheels advance the component tape and are critical for feeding accuracy.
• Ratchet levers and hooks: Engage the sprockets to move the tape forward.
