This allows efficient placement of various components without interrupting production cycles . The Aimex machine supports PCB sizes up to 774 x 710 mm (single conveyor) or 774 x 610 mm (dual conveyor). Optional configurations enable handling panels up to 1,500 mm in width. Additionally, the Aimex III supports simultaneous production of two different product models using dual conveyor setups, effectively minimizing conveyance time and doubling production flexibility.
With up to 130 8mm feeder slots available, the Aimex III feeder can load a vast array of parts, facilitating high-mix production without frequent changeovers. The Multi Feeder Unit (MFU) option allows batch exchanging groups of feeders at once, further reducing setup time and maximizing machine uptime . The FUJI Aimex III feeder’s placement accuracy ranges from ±0.025 mm to ±0.050 mm (3σ), depending on the head type, with a high throughput of up to 37,000 components per hour in productivity priority mode using the H24G head .
