Dobeter’s Hanwha CP40 nozzles works for the Hanwha (formerly Samsung) CP40 pick-and-place machine uses N-series and CN-series nozzles for surface-mount component placement. These nozzles are often cross-compatible with other older Samsung CP series machines.

This is a standard set of nozzles used on the CP40, with dimensions and part numbers :
N045: For small components with tip sizes of 1.0mm outer diameter (OD) and 0.45mm inner diameter (ID). Alternative part # J2101938.
N08: For slightly larger components with tip sizes of 1.5mm OD and 0.8mm ID. Alternative part # J2101939.
N14: For medium-sized components with tip sizes of 2.7mm OD and 1.4mm ID. Alternative part # J2101940.
N24: For larger components with tip sizes of 4.0mm OD and 2.4mm ID. Alternative part # J2101941.
N40: For large components with tip sizes of 6.2mm OD and 4.0mm ID.
N75: For very large components with tip sizes of 9.0mm OD and 7.5mm ID.
N110: Used for special applications with tip sizes of 12.7mm OD and 11.0mm ID. Alternative part # 2101944.
Since the CP40 is an older machine, ensure your nozzle supplier explicitly states compatibility with the CP40 model.
Nozzle holder: Be aware that the nozzles require a specific holder with a spring, which is also a wear item and may need replacement.
