Nozzle types named 7202A to 7208A accommodate miniature chip components ranging from 0402 size (0.4mm x 0.2mm) up to chips sized approximately 3.2 x 2.5 mm and SOP packages. These nozzles are precision-engineered to handle components up to 6.5mm square with heights up to 2.0mm, matching the RS head’s ultra-high-speed capabilities.
