Fuji NXT Custom Nozzles are made for those non-standard, odd-form components such as LEDs (Cree, Lumileds, Luxeon, Osram, Nichia, Seoul, etc.),connectors, switches, push buttons, pins, clips, heavy, over-sized, or miniaturized components (0201/01005/03015) for Fuji NXT SMT pick and place machines such as Fuji NXT I, II, III generations machines, for all heads such as Fuji NXT H24 , H08/H12/V12/Dx(R12) ,H08m, H04s, H04,H01/H02, H02, DX Dynahead R4, DX Dynahead S1 and so on.
FUJI NXT Custom Nozzles
Dobeter supply a variety of FUJI NXT Custom Nozzles for Fuji NXT series of pick-and-place machines. This modular platform is designed for versatility, allowing manufacturers to use specialized nozzles to handle a wide range of standard and non-standard electronic components.
Dobeter also supply FUJI NXT Gripper nozzles: Used for picking and placing odd-form components like connectors, relays, and transformers that cannot be reliably handled by a vacuum nozzle. These nozzles use a mechanical claw to securely grip the component.
Dobeter can make many kinds of FUJI NXT Custom Nozzles :
Specialized vacuum tips: Different materials are used for the nozzle tip to provide secure handling for specific components.
Rubber pads: Add friction and compliance for picking up components with uneven or unusual surfaces.
PTFE tips: Used for ESD-sensitive components.
Urethane tips: Provide a soft surface for handling delicate parts like LEDs such as those from Cree, Osram, and Luxeon, requires a custom nozzle designed to handle their specific geometry and sensitivity.
Applications for Dobeter’s FUJI NXT Custom Nozzles :
LED placement: Placing complex or delicate LEDs, such as those from Cree, Osram, and Luxeon, requires a custom nozzle designed to handle their specific geometry and sensitivity.
Connector placement: Custom gripper nozzles are often used for larger, irregular-shaped board-to-board or automotive connectors that require precise, firm placement.
Miniaturized components: With the trend towards smaller components, custom nozzles are used to accurately handle parts like 0201 or 01005 micro-components that require specialized, smaller nozzle tips.
Shield cans and other odd-form parts: Other irregular parts, such as shield cans, motors, and relays, can be handled using custom-designed gripper or vacuum nozzles.
