1. First, put the gridlock pcb support DBE-GL-PCB-S on the platform of screen printers, decide the quantity of gridlock pcb support according to the size of PCB.
2. The pins will go down automatically under the pressure of the components of PCB, press the handle to lock all these pins. So the pin will form a shape similar to meet components on the PCB .
3. We can see the pins in differnt height after we’ve removed PCB.
4. If you’re using the same PCB, then please don’t realse those pins, you can put the PCB on the gridlock pcb support directly.
5. The bottom of the gridlock is magnetic, just put it on the plate of the DEK machine, no need to install it.
