Dobeter’s Juki label feeders are capable of peeling and presenting multiple labels simultaneously, increasing throughput and productivity, available in standard widths of 50mm, 85mm, and 100mm, with customization options to suit specific label sizes and applications, Dobeter’s Juki label feeder offers high feeding accuracy, with a feed rate up to 95 mm/sec and precision of ±0.2 mm. Dobeter’s Juki label feeders can peel a wide range of adhesive-backed materials, including labels, distance pads, thermal conduction pads, Kapton dots, special masks, and metal sheets thicker than 1mm, also they can fit onto existing placement machines and presents the labels to the pick-and-place machine as if they were just another component, requiring minimal programming or training.
